What do you get to do in this position?
Within Schneider Digital, the Digital Factory serves to accelerate Schneider Electric digital transformation by enabling and supporting the Businesses in building, delivering and operating at scale digital offers. Digital Factory provides a set of capabilities to support Schneider’s digital offers entire lifecycle, from the ideation and incubation stage to delivery and operation at scale.

Scope :
The Digital Factory Business Engagement Leader is responsible for building and maintain the relationship between the Businesses with the IoT and Digital Transformation team acting as a central and single point of contact to facilitate integrated support to the Business with their digital offer creation along its entire lifecycle.

The main responsibilities (but not limited to) for the Digital Factory Business Engagement Leader:
  • Responsible to manage end to end support from the IoT and Digital Transformation team to the businesses as single point of contact in the entire lifecycle of a digital offer creation from ideation to scale phase
  • Coordinate resource allocation with IoT and Digital Transformation leaders to address business needs and optimize impact with existing available capacity within the team
  • Responsible to assess new opportunities for digital offer creation projects within the Businesses and digital domain and connect with the appropriate IoT and Digital Transformation leader
  • Coordinate business engagement campaign to plan with the Business in advance to budget cycle
  • Monitor offer creation projects and report the status to the management on a regular basis
  • Continually identify and proactively manage project risks & issues, ensure execution of corrective action plans up to closure
  • Manage and nurture the relationship with the Business team, ensure Business satisfaction on DSF support and contribution to the project
  • Contribute to the overall understanding and consistency of ongoing Business initiatives
