Participants have an opportunity to make tangible, strategic contributions to the company's success. This program is a key pipeline for potential future senior engineers at AVANGRID.
* Participate in a full-time, two-year rotational program in various geographic locations * Rotate through various engineering areas * Undergo focused training on technical expertise and business acumen * Participate in a mentoring program
* Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree or above in engineering * Minimal to no professional experience * Strong commitment to career growth with AVANGRID * If requested, must be geographically mobile
