This is a temporary internship position not to exceed 6 months. Graduate level internship work may include in-depth research projects and documentation; complex data analysis and graphs; writing and designing new collateral marketing materials; assisting with audits; developing and executing surveys for internal or external stakeholders; completing process improvement audits.
This intern would partner closely with Service Area and Medical Office/Service Line leadership to implement, refine, and monitor performance around the national Operational Excellence strategy. This strategy includes a focus on implementing standardized visual boards, unit level huddles (incorporated with the use of visual boards), and rounding (staff, patient, etc).
This will help us ensure alignment, focus, and momentum toward our desired outcomes of service and quality, engagement, and affordability. There will be a focus on building change management plans, communication plans, ensuring materials and playbooks are completed and followed.
Basic Qualifications: Experience - N/A Education - Bachelor's degree. - A graduate student of any age or background in the process of pursing additional education such as master's degree or PhD. in a specific field.
License, Certification, Registration - N/A
Additional Requirements: - Must be willing to relocate to site of internship.
