We are looking for a dynamic solution sales professional who will implement new prospects and maintain existing customers to drive sales of Building Technologies including Mechanical Services, Building Automation, Fire and Security and Digital Services. You will engage with channel partners, local consultants, architects, developers and users for specifications in support of selected vertical markets. In this role you will also be responsible for selling a portfolio of existing and newly created Connected Services, Software as a Service (SaaS), Cloud and Buildings Internet of Things (IoT) solutions, and related service business to new and existing customers. You will provide market intelligence support covering the developments going into the market place by competitors and their pricing.
Help drive integrated solutions sales that bring together both hardware and software products as well as people in the Connected Building Space
Contribute to the larger team through the application of new products, principles, theories and concepts in your field of expertise to develop unique solutions for customers.

Sales Territory: GTA Area (Greater Toronto Area) We expect you to be comfortable with up to 60% travel, including overnights. Post-Secondary education in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
3+ years of solution sales experience in building automation
Bachelor's degree preferred
Significant experience in the industrial/commercial/institutional buildings industry with local market knowledge
Ability to work in a dynamic, highly matrixed environment
Excellent Negotiation skills; understand the customer needs, negotiate complex sales and total value offerings to customers
Validated experience acquiring and selling to new customers
