Job Description:
Senior Financial Analyst, Government Accounting & Reporting

Assist in the analysis, preparation & publishing the Annual Incurred Cost Submissions for PMT Corporate and PMT SBG expenses compliant with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 31.

Provide support for audits and inquiries from the US Government representatives (DCMA / DCAA / DOE / DOJ)

Maintain positive relationship and provide subject matter guidance to PMT business, customers and suppliers, including DMCA / DCAA, Strategic Business Groups - particularly PMT personnel

Review and analyze financial data to create proactive dialog with key stakeholders

Ensure proper disclosure of financial information in compliance with Public Law

Participate on and lead special projects within the GAC organization

Interface with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Honeywell HS&E and PMT Business Groups regarding ODS and GHG Reporting

Interface with Corporate functional leads and with the business units to ensure that systems and procedures comply with government requirements
20 Analysis, preparation and publishing the incurred cost compliant with FAR and submit to USG 25 Provide support for audits and inquiries from the USG representatives (DCMA / DCAA / DOJ / EPA) 20 Assist in the analysis, preparation and publication of ODS and GHG reports for submittal to the EPA. 15 Support PMT-SBG program managers on US government specific contracts including proposal preparation 20 Interface with Corporate business units to ensure that systems comply with government requirements
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related discipline
  • Accounting, internal controls, financial analysis, and/or government compliance experience, preferably in a Corporate environment, in progressively responsible roles
  • US Citizen
  • Have or obtain DoD Secret Clearance Credentials

  • Specific accounting system knowledge of Hyperion/HFM, ESSBASE, Access, SAP desirable
  • Maturity to deal with sensitive and confidential information
  • Knowledge of accounting, Federal Acquisition Regulations and EPA Regulations

  • Ability to deliver on complex situations with minimal oversight
  • Responsive and timely; sense of urgency, ability to meet tight deadlines
