Senior IMS Project Analyst Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity
Reporting to the IMS Specialist Senior Manager within the AeroPMO Program Operation Excellence organization, the IMS Specialist / Master Scheduler will be assigned to critical new programs and red programs as required to work with the IPT and lead the development of the program IMS and implementation of an MOS to drive successful program execution. Additional responsibilities will include training and mentoring of Program Planning and Control Personnel, Program Managers, and Control Account Managers on scheduling best practices and techniques. Successful candidates must possess strong scheduling skills, Earned Value Management knowledge, and understanding of Program Management processes.
The successful candidate must ensure program management processes such as cost and schedule control, baseline management, risk management, subcontract management, earned value management, variance analysis and estimate at completion are appropriately implemented on their assigned programs.
The IMS Specialist / Master Scheduler will have proven skills and knowledge to perform complex tasks independently on large programs/projects with one or more sites or enterprises and establish MOS to hand off program seamlessly to Program Planning and Control analysts after program launch. The successful candidate will act as a Change Agent for influencing leaders and program personnel in transforming Honeywell Aerospace Scheduling practices. Focus areas will include the development of people and processes to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of development program teams in their objective to satisfy scope and milestone commitments to our customers.
Lead program IPT through identification of scope, development of Work Breakdown Structure, and creation of Integrated Master Schedule for complex development programs
Ensure cost and schedule integration of IMS with SAP Project Systems for Program Measurement Baseline and Estimate At Completion
Establish a Management Operating System for schedule updates, critical path analysis, performance statusing, and milestone reporting as well as Change Management processes
Develop corrective actions, perform impact analysis, and analyze performance indices.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or Science
Must be a US Citizen due to export control laws
5+ years experience as Master Scheduler on complex Aerospace development programs
5+ years experience analyzing data, forecasting and management reporting
Equally competent in usage, application, and integration of both cost and schedule tools
Ability to deliver high quality, complex products using effective time management skills
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing to cross-functional teams
Knowledge of earned value guide (industry standard 32-criteria, IBRs), customer program/financial reviews, government audits, and EVMS standards
