Join a team of contract professionals that facilitates the execution and administration of contract agreements with Honeywell customers and suppliers. You ensure that final contractual documents are processed in accordance with respective Honeywell business processes and Honeywell business is conducted with the highest ethical standards, internal company policies and local and international laws.
•Working in a global environment as part of a global team on a wide range of contract types
• Global Procurement contracting support with focus on Americas, which may include IT & Telecom, Purchased Labor & Services, Operation Supplies & Facilities, Transportation & Logistics, Travel, Capital Equipment, and Direct Materials.
•Works with minimum supervision, independently drafts and reviews Procurement contracts and supports contract negotiations with suppliers.
• Engages with internal Procurement customers to understand contracts' scope and context and conduct the review with business/ commercial understanding of the transaction
• Reporting to VP & General Counsel, ISC, I FT and Global Ops
20 Drafts, reviews, and marks up Procurement contracts, amendments, and SOWs 20 Serves as the first point of contact for assigned internal Honeywell customers 20 Advises internal Procurement customers on legal contractual terms 20 Provides assistance in connection within a broad range of transactions and related basic legal 20 Provides administration and support for Honeywell's contract management tool YOU MUST HAVE
Degree in Law with post qualification 5+ years of relevant progressive experience
Experience in IT/Software contracting
Understanding of US and LATAM legal systems, hands on knowledge of US legal system a plus
Pragmatic, process driven personality
Attention to details
Superior English communications skills (both oral and written); ability to function as member of a virtual global team
Demonstrated ability to influence and deal tactfully and confidentially with customers at all organizational levels in a dynamic environment

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good knowledge of SharePoint a plus
