The Henkel Corporation (General Adhesives Division) is seeking a Channel Development intern to support the North American Channel Development/Management Team. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills, excellent problem solving abilities and be able to function independently while having fun in the role.



  • Actively support Channel projects with research, development, and execution  

  • Support product information management cross-functional work team 

  • Provide program development support for National Account Managers 

  • Assist with content development for distribution programs & deliverables  

  • Analyze competitive landscape, key players & strategy of the Industrial distribution market place 

  • Perform industrial distribution benchmarking on 2019 plan and guidance Collaborate with Channel Developers to support Mobile Marketing Experience  

  • Take an active role in the intern group project (project varies by year and needs) with an expected output in the form of a deliverable or presentation 

  • Interview a variety of functions at Henkel aligned to your future interests to gain an understanding of the function and how you might fit into a similar role.



  • Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in a business, marketing or communications discipline 

  • Highly engaged and driven individual 

  • Ambitious, self-starter who is seeking an opportunity for personal and professional growth 

  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word 

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to develop and communicate strategy from both internal and external data sources
