Minimum – High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum – No minimum required work experience
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum - No licenses or certifications required
Preferred – Certification by CBSPD as a Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician or IAHCSMM as a Certified Registered Central Service Technician is preferred
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Medium: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting/and or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Current available shifts include 7:00am - 3:30pm, 1:00pm - 9:30pm and 3:00pm - 11:30pm. This position requires that you work on day shift for up to 3 months for training purposes. Weekend and holiday rotation is required. If selected for an interview, shift preferences and availability will be discussed at that time.
The starting salary for this position is $15.16/hr. UW Health offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. Starting rate of pay may be higher based on work experience that is relevant to the position. Shift and weekend differentials are available.
