  • Administer high volume weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for multiple pay groups in an outsourced ADP model as a functional team member. 

  • Provide resolution support of escalated issues. 

  • Perform ad-hoc special projects to support improved payroll processes. 

  • Support external payroll inquiries; including tax inquiries and audit requests. 

  • Analyze and validate payroll data.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 

  • Three to five years of experience working with payroll platforms and time & attendance systems. Knowledge of ADP platforms is a plus

  • Previous experience in a large multi-state company as a payroll analyst is preferred 

  • Intermediate to Advanced MS excel is required (Pivot tables, V look ups, formulas)

  • Project management experience and the ability to work with multiple internal and external partners
