Acara Solutions is seeking motivated Inside Sales Representative with specific experience in food service equipment industry for a top provider in the Rochester, NY rea. The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) role is a major source of revenue generation. ISR’s are driven to succeed and also are able to function autonomously at a high level. Inside Sales Representatives act as the voice and occasional face of the company and are responsible not only for driving sales but also carrying the message of the company, building the company brand at all times and increasing our corporate footprint in a positive manner. ISR’s are constantly multi-tasking and know that a positive customer experience is paramount. ISR’s maintain a balance between the needs of the customer and the needs of the company at all times.
MAINTAIN AND GROW EXISTING BUSINESS:
Service existing accounts with a consultative sales approach. Receive and process orders effectively and efficiently. Generate quotes as requested and suggestively sell based on the needs of our account base. Achieve or over-deliver against all established sales goals.
CREATE & FIND NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES:
Strategically establish new accounts through all available resources including, but not limited to: social networking, word of mouth, all available sources for leads and prospects. Achieve or over-deliver against all established sales goals. Do not wait for leads to come to you, create & find them.
UNDERSTAND AND ACCURATELY REPORT BUSINESS RESULTS & PLANS FOR ACTION:
Effectively analyze business and act accordingly to grow and remain profitable at all times. Clearly communicate detailed sales plans and forecasts to management. Properly maintain and manage a sustainable sales pipeline. Understand sales conversion rates. Operate with an extremely high level of engagement not only in your individual sales territory but also the company and industry as a whole at all times.
POSITIVELY REPRESENT THE COMPANY BRAND:
Act as a constant ambassador for the client brand. Carry mission statement to all existing and potential new customers. Understand that ISR’s act as the face and voice of the company and behave in a way that is beneficial to the company at all times.
CULTIVATE AND LEVERAGE POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS:
Maintain and leverage positive working relationships with all accounts, prospect accounts, leads, colleagues, co-workers, manufacturer partners and local rep groups in order to grow a profitable business within your sales territory and beyond.
Valid NY State Driver’s License
Minimum 3 years sales experience in the food service equipment industry
A drive and hunger to succeed and win along with a positive and optimistic attitude focused on solutions
Current knowledge of foodservice equipment and supply application
Detail oriented with exemplary organization and communication skills both written and verbal
Computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), Autoquotes experience is a plus
