Your Focus

You are the representative and primary point of contact for a specific innovation initiative with our customers, partners and internal teams. You’ll quickly build expertise with a specific product and define plans to innovate and evolve its functionality. Success requires an entrepreneurial spirit, great communication, and a balanced background in both business analysis and delivery of large-scale technology platforms. Our product architects come from a variety of backgrounds, including financial services, software engineering, business analysis and the startup community, among others. However, we’ve learned that attitude and the ability to define and execute a vision are far more important than a your background. Some things you’ll do regularly include:


  • Build strong working relationship with customers and internal teams

  • Lead partner meetings to find opportunities and product priorities

  • Create and maintain the product backlog for specific innovation initiatives

  • Conduct planning sessions with the teams to prioritize work in upcoming sprints

  • Engage directly with Product Owners to ensure they are executing on projects

  • Develop communication materials and lead communication efforts around the product, priorities and future roadmaps

  • Attend and lead design sessions with customers and partners

For this role, you bring the following qualifications…

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, information technology or business information systems or related field


  • Minimum five years as a developer, business analyst, team lead, product owner or other delivery role

  • Experience working in an agile development environment is preferred

  • Passion for technology, and business opportunities that it presents, with the ability to comprehend both technical and business topics to recommend options and solutions

  • Proven ability to work in multi-functional teams towards mutual success

  • Fluent communication - both speaking and writing – and in a variety of styles including legal, business requirements and marketing

What Are We Looking For in This Role?

Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Relevant Experience or Degree in: Business or Computer Science; Combination of relevant training and/ or experience in lieu of degree

  • Typically Minimum 8 Years Relevant Exp

  • Experience in similar business product services and/or external customer/market experience

  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
