About This Opportunity
The Product Lead will provide a vision and a framework for how IAS will provide Portal Based solutions for internal and external based customers. We are looking for a seasoned product lead who will go beyond mere technical understanding to provide solid leadershi and vision in this area. You will work closely with a cross-functional team and 3rd party solution providers to implement creative new applications and services. Act as primary interface to business stakeholders to gain in depth understanding of business vision and feature needs.
Develop and maintain detailed user stories in a prioritized product backlog which accurately reflects customer and business priorities.
Create use case diagrams, high level page flows, functional flow diagrams to ensure teams have an understanding of the big picture
Convey the business vision and goals associated with feature sets clearly to the project team in order to ensure that delivery is focused on business value.
Function as a primary product champion with the project team to continuously ensure development activities are optimally aligned with customer needs
Prioritize the user story backlog to ensure optimal delivery for customers.
Participate in sizing meetings, planning meetings, daily Scrums, sprint reviews, and team retrospectives.
Inspect the product progress at the end of every sprint to accept or reject completed work.
Collaborate with business stakeholders as well as the project team to create and maintain release roadmaps based on projected team velocity, estimated size of features, and business priority.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical environment in the role of Product Owner/Manager, Project/Program Manager, or Business Analyst.

Degrees, certifications required or special training
Prior experience leading technical and business teams, with an in-depth understanding of technical systems requirements as well as business initiatives.
Ability to actively manage priority and scope for technical development efforts and to maintain a level head in stressful times.
Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate (verbally and in written form) and engage with individuals at all levels of the organization, as well as with internal and external customers.
Individual must be a creative thinker, confident and able to express complex ideas in an articulate, concise manner.
