YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Software or Industrial) OR related experience
10+ years of experience in the material handling industry.
Substantial experience in designing and implementing highly automated material handling systems.
Fully understand the project lifecycle and seek means to reduce cost of the project and design processes.
Demonstrated ability to design and develop competitive MHE solutions
Support the technical portion of proposals to assure accuracy
Develop and mentor members and junior engineers in both technical issues and in proper behaviors with internal and external customers.
You find the correct balance between demand and capacity when establishing priorities for the organization
