Job Summary:  Arranging travel, hotel accomadations for the aircraft maintenance department, planning and setting up meetings, paying invoices and general office duties.

Job Description:   General Office Duties i.e. answering telephone calls, data entry, filing, mail distribution, creating spreadsheets, etc. Financial responsibility including reconciling purchase card statements, auditing and processing expense accounts and processing invoices including updating/distribution of invoice excel spreadsheets; Ordering office supplies and uniforms and audit invoices. Timecard verification, making travel arrangements, payroll and issue resolution, Data entry into Excel and Access databases, Process invoices, updates and distribute invoice spreadsheets. Compile and file balanced scorecard, service failure reports. Maintain and file training records.

Required Skills:  Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under supervision with high attention to detail. Effective oral/written communication, problem solving, basic research and time management skills.                                    

Additional Skills:  Strong MS Office skills especially Excel. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, (Word, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook).                                            

Interpersonal Skills:  Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues with internal and external customers and vendors. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to read, interpret and apply contracts. Strong organizational skills.
