This position is within UHC Finance and supports Part D finance within the Medicare & Retirement business through the consolidation of financial forecasts, budgets and monthly reporting.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate financial reports to clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances to plan, forecast and budget for the Part D P/L
  • Develops new processes & refine existing processes
  • Execute timely & accurate data sourcing, validation, analytics and reporting
  • Produce clear, well-formatted reports that communicate a clear, compelling message for their stakeholders
  • Perform industry, financial, and business process analysis for new strategic initiative
  • Collaborate with teams across Part D finance, product and operations to ensure accurate and timely completion of all related financial reporting

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of relevant financial analysis and/or accounting experience
  • Bachelor's degree - preferably in finance, accounting and/or economics
  • Intermediate MS Excel
  • Intermediate PowerPoint
  • 3+ years of relevant financial analysis and/or accounting experience
  • Experience in the healthcare industry
  • FPA experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of relevant financial analysis and/or accounting experience

  • Strong financial, analytical, and business acumen
  • Generate innovative approaches and solutions to business opportunities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
