Global Working Capital Manager - Connected Buildings

Responsibilities:
  • Business Unit level Working Capital leadership and oversight - driving improvement initiatives and robust analysis in Accounts Receivables Past Dues, Inventory, Unbilled, Payables, and Advances.
  • Cross-functional coordination and project management that includes developing both long-term and daily execution timelines, driving outstanding actions / deliverables and managing effective communication to business unit leadership.
  • Lead efforts to identify, quantify and validate opportunities to improve business unit level working capital processes and results.
  • Develop sustainable solutions and action plans to ensure realization of identified working capital opportunities.
  • Creation and delivering of presentations to key Buildings and Corp Leadership.
  • Creation of appropriate and value added reporting and metrics for all components of Working Capital.
  • Driving sustained and continuous improvement in business unit Working Capital Turns metric.
20 Approve of books of accounts 20 Drive timely month close 20 Drive compliance 20 Perform variance analysis 20 Support Balance Sheet reviews
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Business / Finance Degree.
  • 5 - 7 years finance/business experience.
  • 3+ years of project management skills.
  • 3+ years experience in construction/project finance/capital goods industries.
WE VALUE
  • MBA / Finance major.
  • Good hands on working knowledge of data analytics using business warehouses, Excel, etc.
  • Good understanding of Supply Chain, Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable.
  • Good communication / presentation skills.
  • An analytical mindset.
  • Cross functional management.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.
