Training and Communications Specialist, Enterprise Information Management Deliver business value through Right and Fast partnership
Reporting to the Enterprise Information Management (EIM) Program Operations Leader, this role will provide needed expertise in the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide, EIM communication and training plan, including needs assessments, content development, deployment strategies, and communications and training materials management. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-energy, creative and diligent specialist to develop communications approaches and implementation strategies and contribute to new capabilities for the EIM organization!
Develop and deploy EIM branding and communications materials and capabilities in support of Executive presentations, Honeywell website content, and other communications needs
Participate in the development and implementation of a Corporate-wide EIM training and communications strategy to support data and process transformation efforts e.g, Data Management tools, data best practices, data standards
Execute an annual EIM communications and brand plan
Assist in the development of specific EIM training programs including: Training Needs Assessments, Instructional Design, Course Development, Content, Delivery Methods, Translations and Course Evaluations.
Partner with corporate Learning Center team on developing and deploying course content, and then managing the curriculum, training assessments, schedules, and annual refresh
Ability to travel to different Honeywell locations as needed, 10-20% travel required

YOU MUST HAVE
3 years of experience in a corporate communications or training role to include building and executing strategic communication plans, and training development
Experience with web-based applications and other electronic training and communications tools.
Advanced skills with all Microsoft Office applications.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Exceptional writing skills including the ability to develop clear and concise documents, articles and training materials.
Ability to manage the resources required for project implementation.
Creativity, energy, dependability and organizational skills that will enable successful management of multiple priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated team participation and leadership.
Demonstrated ability to bring out the best in others.
Experience dealing with cross-functional, cross-business, and global teams to deliver work products.
Comfortable with a high degree of responsibility coupled with initiative, capacity to work independently and dedication to producing high quality work product.
