We seek an Associate to join the award-winning Segal Benz Communications Practice. The position is located in our New York or San Francisco offices.
The Associate performs as an integral member of a client project team, working closely with/and in support of consulting staff to deliver communications services to a diverse, external client base in three markets -- corporate, public sector and multiemployer. The Associate will have immediate client contact, assumes task management accountability, and participates directly in writing assignments, contributing input and creativity to enhance the quality of work products.
Typical projects involve creating employee benefits communications including technical writing on health and retirement plans, and broader HR organization communications and related strategies for clients using writing, editing, video and electronic communication skills. The Associate is intellectually curious and committed to providing creative, quality communications to clients. The Associate works on an independent and team basis and collaborates effectively with practice colleagues, consultant staff, clients and other Segal employees outside the Practice.
