The Senior Trainer will have the opportunity to affect the delivery of training programs across a Fortune 25 Organization. This individual will keep abreast of various training delivery techniques, business processes, products and systems in specific areas of expertise. This could encompass training of Claims or Customer Service individuals in the Training Delivery Operational functions and could include some aspects of the design process.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities:
Trainer role - developing and delivering training to all roles within the Optimization organization. This includes automation developers, system analysts, project coordinators and reporting analysts.
Develop a robust training curriculum for each position.
Deliver training within the department and supporting training for customer interactions (working with business staff to update P&Ps, deliver some training in staff meetings, etc.)
Partner with leadership to ensure team members are prepared for their roles, enabling achievement of Auto Adjudication goals of 84.4% for Behavioral Health claims and FTE saves for Provider Operations.
Required Job Qualifications
BA / BS degree in related HR or training field
3+ years of experience using pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise.
3+ years of experience conducting classroom training and/or seminar/workshop topics. - Strong work ethic, independence, and dependability.
Demonstrated experience using training software
Demonstrated experience delivering training to multiple roles
Claims and Provider Operations experience strongly preferred
Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
Effective interpersonal, influence, collaboration and listening skills and proven success driving for results individually and in a team setting.
Functions effectively in a highly matrix organization
Healthcare Insurance Industry experience
