As a Senior Marketing Communication Manager, you will develop the internal and customer facing social media and digital strategy for the East Region - Mobility & Entertainment Organization. Helping to connect the dots between the East Region and the corporate social and digital teams and their stakeholders. You will utilize various digital and social platforms to improve SEO optimization, organic search results, retail store door swings and ultimately wireless, broadband and TV sales. In this position, you will be considered an expert in both social and digital marketing and acknowledged authority within the East Region Marketing & Operations Organization.
Responsible for creating a content library for internal and external posts. Working with social, digital, legal and brand on content approvals.
Content publishing and aligning messaging and timing with the strategy.
Social and digital strategy will include content and publishing for existing retail distribution, retail flagship store support, new retail store grand openings, business continuity events, and social/digital initiative pilots in the region.
Strong understanding of how to leverage various social media, digital and SEO optimization tools to drive retail awareness such as the Yext platform, Online Store Pages, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter critical to the role.
Ability to effectively communicate with region executives through both written and verbal presentations.

Three years marketing or advertising experience
Must be proficient using Microsoft Office products including Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook
Must possess both outstanding written and oral communication skills
Exceptional organizational and problem solving skills and proven ability to handle multiple tasks
