This a great opportunity to affect the delivery of training programs across a Fortune 5 Organization. In this role, the Senior Education Program Designer/Coordinator will keep abreast of various training delivery techniques, business processes, products and systems in the design and delivery of innovative training programs.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate training event logistics and scheduling
  • Administer, support, and develop content for e-learning
  • Develop strategic direction for on demand learning for internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify, understand, and prepare the appropriate training technology to ensure effective learning
  • Conduct appropriate preparation to ensure full understanding of training content and objectives prior to delivery
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop appropriate learning activities based on training designs and learning objectives
  • Write scripts/talking points for learning activities
  • Write supporting materials for learning activities (e.g., agendas, schedules, quick reference guides, handouts, job aids, trainer/learner guides, audio/visual aids)
  • Develop tools/resources for evaluating/measuring post-training learning effectiveness
  • Ensure alignment and understanding of program/project scope and objectives with the organization's strategic objectives and the Voice of the Customer, in consultation with applicable stakeholders
The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic, independence, and dependability. He/She will have excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills as well as the ability to balance multiple priorities.

Required Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree in related HR, Business Communication, Training, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience using pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
  • 3+ years of experience conducting classroom training and/or seminar/workshop topics
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems
  • Experience using effective interpersonal, influence, collaboration and listening skills and drives for results individually and in a team setting
  • Prior experience working effectively in a highly matrix organization
