This a great opportunity to affect the delivery of training programs across a Fortune 5 Organization. In this role, the Senior Education Program Designer/Coordinator will keep abreast of various training delivery techniques, business processes, products and systems in the design and delivery of innovative training programs.
Coordinate training event logistics and scheduling
Administer, support, and develop content for e-learning
Develop strategic direction for on demand learning for internal and external stakeholders
Identify, understand, and prepare the appropriate training technology to ensure effective learning
Conduct appropriate preparation to ensure full understanding of training content and objectives prior to delivery
Work with cross-functional teams to develop appropriate learning activities based on training designs and learning objectives
Write scripts/talking points for learning activities
Develop tools/resources for evaluating/measuring post-training learning effectiveness
Ensure alignment and understanding of program/project scope and objectives with the organization's strategic objectives and the Voice of the Customer, in consultation with applicable stakeholders
The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic, independence, and dependability. He/She will have excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills as well as the ability to balance multiple priorities.
BA/BS degree in related HR, Business Communication, Training, or related field
3+ years of experience using pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
3+ years of experience conducting classroom training and/or seminar/workshop topics
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems
Experience using effective interpersonal, influence, collaboration and listening skills and drives for results individually and in a team setting
Prior experience working effectively in a highly matrix organization
