It requires the ability to learn new material rapidly and the ability to train technical materials in a variety of classroom settings. The Trainer is responsible for assessing learner performance and coaching and developing staff. In addition the Trainer will conduct training needs analysis.
Delivers classroom training for newly hired clinical staff or existing clinical employees using adult learning methodologies and practices
Conducts assessment of learners including administration of tests, evaluation of learner comprehensive and class participation
Serves as the leader/supervisor for class participants during new hire training and addresses routine performance issues
Creates class and trainee reports and provides to the training manager and business leaders
Identifies necessary revisions to training materials works with Instructional Designers to ensure changes are made
Provides training and coaching for individual employees once on the floor, provides feedback to learner and supervisor
Delivers just - in - time training in team meetings to support business operations
Serves as the training SME in business projects
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment
High school diploma
1+ year Call Center or business operations experience
1+ year of work experience using MS Excel (filtering, sorting, editing data, creating spreadsheets)
1+ year of work experience using MS Word (editing, creating, saving documents)
1+ year of work experience using MS PowerPoint (creating, editing, presenting slide decks)
Experience training facilitation or similar experience presenting to groups
Bachelor's Degree (or higher in a clinical role)
Coaching or clinical experience
Experience in the health care industry
Experience facilitating virtual training via Webex, etc.
