We are looking for motivated Field Sales Managers to help support our growth. Responsible for driving the sales team and helping recruit, train , motivate and retain. Must have 2 years experience in door to door sales leadership. The primary responsibility to manage and oversee sales representatives. Be in the field making sales of GHS’s products and services by directly contacting potential customers. Sales Manager is expected and required to be customarily and regularly engaged away from the office and in the field making sales. Incidental duties of this position include attending sales training, handling customer inquiries and concerns, and contacting customer leads and referrals. Field Sales manager who oversees sales representatives in the van program is expected to act professionally at all times and to adhere to GHS’s policies.

Essential Duties:

  • Contact potential customers and make sales of GHS’s products and services to potential customers outside the office,

  • While acting in a professional and ethical way. Oversee and ensure Sales representatives are expected and required to spend a vast majority of their working time outside the office making sales.

  • follow up on leads from referrals and call ins

  • complete sales education on CGP University

  • complete and provide payroll, corrections, and finalization of sales documents to team leaders

  • attend sales meetings and training's

  • Previous Experience - A minimum of one to two years door to door sales experience.

  • Language Skills – Strong written and verbal communication skills a must.

  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

  • Ability to write simple correspondence.

  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

  • Reasoning Ability – Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

  • Must be able to effectively deal with customer issues simultaneously. Effective negotiation and excellent analytical skills. Strong time management, organizational and multitasking skills.
