Job Description:

Are you a current college junior or senior pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology or Business Analytics, or a recent graduate within the last 24 months? If so, we want to hear from you! UPS Global Business Services (GBS) is looking for a dynamic Customer Service Technology Support intern who is eager to obtain real-world, hands-on business experience.

The GBS Customer Service Technology Support intern will be responsible for analyzing and developing methodologies to assist in the implementation of new technology projects.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manages pilot applications based on user stories
  • Creates project schedule(s) to meet business needs
  • Manages projects using business strategy methods

Knowledge and Skills

  • Ability to facilitate meetings and conduct concrete business analysis
  • Experience using agile development methodology to realize project goals
  • Proficient in Bizagi
  • Proficient in Salesforce Service Cloud administration or other process mapping software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
