Tokyo Electron, manufacturer of semiconductor processing equipment, is seeking a contract recruiter for approximately 6 months. The selected candidate will be paid via our payroll provider. The selected individual will recruit and source for various full-time positions, including engineering and non-technical roles.

Responsibilities:

Works with hiring manager to determine recruiting strategy and sources for open positions, full-life cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles

Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions

Source candidates and develop networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers. Surfaces candidates and develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

Pre-screen resumes and present qualified candidates to hiring managers

Documents candidate evaluation and interview process

Manage selection, offer, negotiation, and closing of candidates. Negotiates and/or supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree with a minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience; or experience in lieu of degree. Relevant experience may be substituted on a year for year basis

Prefer engineering or technical recruiting and sourcing experience

Additional support tasks, where needed

Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with an applicant tracking system, especially IBM Brassring, is highly desired.

Must have strong organizational skills with managing details and be able to prioritize work

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, team player who is willing to assist wherever there is a need, and ability to exercise considerable judgment with working with internal stakeholders and candidates.
