The candidate will advise clients on a wide range of state, federal and international laws and regulations regarding data protection and breach notification. Will assist with incident response plans and information security agreements to meet the needs of companies safeguarding their data. Must preferably have experience representing clients in litigation involving cybersecurity, data protection and privacy issues.
