ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting to the Network Director, the IT Intern will be focusing on IT helpdesk tickets from HQ and overseas offices. The main responsibility is to review tickets in the helpdesk ticketing system and act on the problem and communicate the problem to the other IT support team. In addition, the intern will be imaging computers, copying data to the cloud AWS, repairing computers, moving equipment and supporting any IT related needs.
Required Experience & Qualifications
* One year working with computers or going for an undergraduate degree in IT or related major or equivalent work experience.
* Knowledge and experience working with computers required.
* Familiarity with Windows 10 and Networking preferable.
* Strong proficiency in MS Office.
* Feel comfortable working with a team of IT techs. Ability to work independently in fast-paced deadline driven environment.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
* Effective communication skills.
* Fluency in at least one other language in addition to English preferred.
