Digital Operations Consulting

Roles and Responsibilities

  • You will contribute to the vision and value proposition to senior level (process and automation transformation)


  • You will contribute to strong client relationships by delivering exceptional value through process transformation (Optimization and automation)


  • You will identify and assess potential processes for RPA: Process preparation for Robotics solution (process redesign, gaps and wastes identification)


  • You will validate potential processes for RPA, Cost-Benefit analysis and prioritization


  • You will deliver RPA solutions and being first point of contact in case of any configuration issues for the team


  • You will collect local business requirements, cooperating with process SME on client side



  • 10+ years of experience in business process improvements and process reengineering (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean);


  • Experience in a management consulting or professional services company is preferred


  • Create “Current State” & “Future State” process maps in Visio


  • Document Critical Dependencies from RPA/Automation standpoint


  • Document volumetric details on the process including key assumptions, scope & complexity for developing the implementation plan


  • Six sigma Black Belt certification preferred


  • Solid understanding of process transformation, robotics and automation


  • Deep experience of designing RPA/ Cognitive solutions as part of enterprise automation journey


  • Experience in creating functional/ process landscape and taxonomy documents


  • Experience with customer journey mapping & service delivery design


  • Deep understanding of Value stream mapping


  • Understanding of RPA PDD (Process design documentation) method; knowledge of tool benchmarking/ tool selection methodology (comparing various RPA/ IPA tool provider)


  • Knowledge of known BPM tools such as Salesforce, Pega, IBM Mainframe


  • Good project management skills


  • Ability to lead change in complex multi-functional environments


  • Ability to travel 80%+ of the time.


  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree in Business/Management preferred.
