Responsible for addressing all phases of complex information security related technical problems. Reviews and recommends information security solutions to customer problems based on an understanding of products/systems test results. Participate with system security analysis and implementation, system engineering, design assurance, testing, software engineering, program design, configuration management, integration and testing of information security products and techniques.
Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Acts as a dedicated resource for development, engineering, integration and implementation of single sign-on (SSO), provisioning/de-provisioning, and federation solutions, primarily based upon SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS and Azure AD), and CA SiteMinder.
Handles escalations from Level 1 & Level 2 IAM managed services for 24/7/365 support issues and critical events.
Provides documentation of technical engineering, standard operating procedures, integration and upgrade plans, and system configuration specifications.
Installs and upgrades SSO and Federation applications.
Gathers user input to develop technical requirement documents for setup of SSO connections.
Performs implementation, management, and troubleshooting of corporate firewalls, IDS, IPS, encryption and authentication systems.
Creates security devices for alerts, notification and other significant messages for security operations.
Reviews and recommends development, implementation and maintenance of corporate policies, procedures and controls.
Conducts research on emerging products, services, protocols, and standards in support of security systems.
Participates in annual internal and Sarbanes Oxley audit requirements and ad hoc network and security audits.
Provides guidance, training, leadership and coaching to the junior network engineers of the team as required.
2 - 4 years’ experience in the Information Technology Industry.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Proven experience and success with network design and implementation.
Proven experience with network capacity planning, network security principles, and general network management best practices.
Excellent hardware troubleshooting experience.
Some application support experience.
