Sr. Systems Engineer

Design and setup of networks used to conduct specific product evaluations/support of Unified Communication (UC) platforms and supporting software applications.  Responsible for 3rd tier engineering support on UC systems and isolating product defects ad their escalation to product development teams. Designing, troubleshooting, debugging, and data analysis of networks and UC applications using product log, network packet capture and various analysis/application tools.  Development and maintenance of automated regression test scripts for conformance of UC platforms with various standards.  Leading testing and professional service projects per requirement.

Min. req. incl: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering plus 5 yrs rel exp incl 5 yrs exp with testing of enterprise telephony/unified communication platforms, and endpoints. 

5 yrs exp troubleshooting call flows. 

5 yrs exp with installation, commissioning Microsoft Active Directory Network, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, Group Policy including Hypervisors like Hyper-V. 

5 yrs exp with testing SIP gateways.
