We are seeking a Purchasing Coordinator who will work with the Purchasing Administrator and the Director of Purchasing on the systems management and data entry for the procurement, inventorying and distribution of parts, assemblies and machines to support the refill operations team. The position will be located in the Vista, CA office.

Education & Experience: The candidate must possess a High School Diploma or G.E.D; college degree preferred, and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a finance, purchasing, or buying environment. Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with Great Plains or ERP systems is a plus. Extensive knowledge of the operations, functions, and scope of authority of departments and offices related to handling and disposing of information and requests for information. Can read and write at a proficient level and follow specifications.
Other Requirements: Excellent computer skills with demonstrated hardware and Microsoft Office use proficiency (Advanced Excel and Intermediate Access). Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to quickly learn and adapt as training opportunities arise.
