  • The Quality Engineer will oversee quality assurance activities at Henkel's Prescott, WI manufacturing facility to ensure the highest standards quality are being met for our customers.

  • Responds to quality issues within the manufacturing plant and partners with other manufacturing and engineering departments to implement quality improvement and continuous improvement projects.

  • Maintain continued compliance of documentation in the ISO/IATF quality system and train inspectors to customer specific quality standards.

  • Lead Material Review Board meetings for assigned manufacturing processes in support of and resolution of discrepent material.

  • Work with customers on quality review, and correction action as needed.

  • Responsible for coordinating and implementing the quality activities as directed by the Quality Manager for the ISO/IATF Quality Management System and perform ISO/IATF internal auditing.



  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; or four years related quality engineering experience in a printed circuit board manufacturing environment.

  • 2+ years experience working as a quality engineer in a manufacturing environment is required.

  • ASQ certification preferred.

  • Experience with ISO 9001/TS 16949 and the ISO 14001 systems preferred.

  • Knowledge of problem solving tools (Six Sigma, 8D, 5 Why, ETC) and quality metrics.
