What you’ll do on a typical day:


  • Manage a team of developers, development team leads and development managers to build ASP.NET, SQL and mobile applications

  • Manage project timelines, scope and delivery

  • Set design guidelines and work on wireframes and business requirements

  • Coordinate with business stakeholders on projects

  • Learn about new technologies and products

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering

  • 15 years of development experience

  • 5 years of experience managing developers spread across the world in different time zones

  • Experience managing projects using the agile and scrum methodologies

  • Experience in a start-up environment

  • Understanding of the fundamentals of C#, .NET, databases, build processes and web development

  • Implementation of software and build processes and tools including LiquiBase, GitHub, Jira, etc.
