The Supervisor of Noticing Services oversees a team responsible for the delivery of quality mailings and notice related work which meets the standards set to meet our client’s expectations. This position is under the direct supervision of the Manager of Noticing Services. The candidate must possess a drive toward excellence, the ability to recognize and address risk factors, great communication and follow-up skills and the energy to work in a fast changing environment.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
The position requires a minimum of 2-3 years of prior Supervisory or Lead level work, Mailings & Noticing experience preferred. USPS requirements and regulation experience preferred. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate past experience using troubleshooting and risk analysis skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor. Critical thinking skills, attention to detail and the ability to efficiently gather and process information in a fast paced environment are also required.
