We are looking for a highly motivated, flexible and experienced scientist to join a team in the Bioanalysis, Immunogenicity and Biomarkers (BIB) department based in Collegeville, PA, USA. This role’s primary responsibility is to develop and utilize assays for quantitative protein LC-MS analysis supporting pharmacokinetic (PK), critical quality attribute (CQA), and biotransformation for use in pre-clinical PK/PD/modeling studies and translation into the clinic in alignment with therapy area (TA) partners. Data generated serves as a key component to understanding molecules in the GSK pipeline and serves to enable confidence in drug discovery and development for biotherapeutic molecule screening and selection endpoints for early and informed decisions for asset progression within the organization. The successful candidate will provide analysis of novel biopharmaceutical constructs (e.g. proteins, peptides dAbs, mAbs, ADCs, bi-specifics) with first-hand experience applying state-of-art techniques such as immunoaffinity capture, high-resolution LC-MS, top-down and bottom-up protein analysis techniques, 2D-HPLC and automation.
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
MS with 10 years of industry experience or PhD with 2 years of experience.
