As the Senior Analyst, Reporting, you will support the monthly, quarterly and annual HFM consolidation reporting, as well as assist with implementing, maintaining and reviewing corporate policies and internal controls. What you’ll do on a typical day:


  • Ensure the timeliness, accuracy and quality of all aspects of financial reporting and presentation in various important areas, including MOR and QOR reporting for the business unit

  • Facilitate vertical/overhead reporting for monthly vertical MOR reviews with the business unit President

  • Complete all budget reporting and presentation materials

  • Provide monthly reporting of headcount by cost center, department, etc.

  • Perform weekly ELT, metrics and KPI reporting

  • Conduct and provide customer profitability reports

  • Coordinate the completion of corporate financial data requests

  • Focus on the automation of reporting, including reduction of waste and improved utilization of offshore resources to meet reporting requirements

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field

  • 5 years of experience in a financial environment role, including management experience

  • Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle), HFM, financial planning software, Microsoft BI and related technologies

  • Experience with large databases with the ability to utilize data from various BI systems

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Access)

It’d be great if you also have:


  • Experience with Oracle and HFM

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Outstanding attention to detail; demonstrated integrity and professionalism

  • Ability to research and reach well-reasoned conclusions on technical accounting issues

  • Strong knowledge of SEC reporting, GAAP and internal control processes

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize diverse tasks

  • Excellent time management, project management and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to perform well under pressure, and to adjust plans to meet changing needs and requirements
