Dematic is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Controls Software Development group to develop, and support mission-critical applications that run our customer’s business. The successful candidate will use his/her skills to develop, deploy, and maintain web-based and real-time controls software for linear sortation products. This role will utilize multiple object-oriented languages and operating systems to create software using industry best practices, tools and development methods. Additionally, he/she will need to work closely and effectively with other engineering and software groups to provide customer and troubleshooting support during on-site implementation phases.
As part of the Global Controls Software Development team, the Controls Software Engineer will develop software for key products ensuring that quality and usability are designed into the product at the earliest possible opportunity and remains a primary focus throughout the product lifecycle.
