are looking for an energetic person eager to ensure the details that make our
campaigns successful are carried out seamlessly. This person should demonstrate
a understanding of the foundations of communications expertise including
creating media lists, building media relationships, securing earned media,
content development & influencer marketing. A major function of the role
will include coordinating and managing workstreams and projects, including
influencer engagement, expert engagement, media relations, vendor relations,
partner agency relationships, experiential execution.

  • Oversee operational performance of accounts, ensuring quality work, deadline and budget adherence 

  • Play major role in creation of communications plans and goals; manage against them 

  • Serve as daily client contact and act as client lead when appropriate; address client issues thoughtfully and effectively 

  • Consistently produce high quality internal and external communications content 

  • Build relationships with third-party influencers and internal business partners to meet client needs 

  • Demonstrate tactical proficiency in media relations, including creating and driving both traditional and social media outreach plans 

  • Supervise staff by motivating, coaching, consistently providing feedback, holding them accountable and conducting their reviews 

  • Contribute to business growth through introducing clients to new capabilities, building network of industry contacts and participating in relevant professional organizations 

  • Commit to continuous learning and improvement of leadership skills; set and pursue stretch goals

The ideal candidate will bring a collaborative attitude to the office each day as s/he will need to work effectively across integrated teams with various personalities and skill sets. Ability to remain comfortable in the uncomfortable/unknown, ability to take initiative, organize thoughts and connect dots, provide proactive support to the team and proactively develop/implement processes. Also, provide account administration support including preparing client status documents, scheduling meetings and compiling notes/next steps, assisting in compilation of operational and financial reporting. Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve is a valued skill for this brand.

Basic Qualifications: 

The account executive must have at least one year of relevant experience in public relations and/or related fields including research, advertising, management consulting, media and publishing. 


Preferred Qualifications: 

The account executive should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and a proven ability to manage multiple small or medium-sized projects simultaneously. S/he should be able to develop communications plans, implement public relations tactics and impart knowledge to more junior team members. S/he should have strong research, writing, editing and client interaction skills, perform well under pressure and be a team player.
