Basic Job Functions:

Drives support with functional leader in providing quantitative analysis, reporting and strategic thoughts to drive operational goals.  Leads and assists activities in the financial planning processes to deliver the desired organizational roll-up...  Implement new processes and improve existing processes.  Identify cost saving opportunities and do moderately complex financial modeling

Experience:    


  • 3-6 years of business related (preferably Finance/Accounting) experience.

  • Manufacturing experience desired

  • Multinational location organization, preferred

Education:


  • BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field

  • Advanced degrees (MS, MBA, MA), preferable

  • Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA and CA, preferable

  • Create, maintain & distribute error free reports from all systems for financial analysis purposes.

  • Understands/interprets financial statements and GAAP

  • Ability to provide project timelines, manages planning calendars with core operational resources.

  • Experience preparing and consolidating monthly and annual forecasts, desired

Essential Responsibilities:


  • Assisting consolidation of financial forecasting processes (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet) and modeling of long range business plan

  • Conduct variance analytics for key areas of responsibility focus and support the key business stakeholders on an action plan to achieve positive changes to the operational metric.

  • Enhance existing excel models

  • Manage control structure ensuring timely and accurate results & forecasts

  • Assisting with the SEC reporting and filings deliverables

  • Provide analytical support to Sr. Management, and other internal customers

  • Other special projects as needed
