As a member of the Wine and Grape Supply (W&GS) team reporting to the Sr. Manager of Wine & Grape Supply, you will work with WGS Management and commercial/functional partners to understand our current wine position and provide fact-based recommendations. Your focus is placed on short and long-term planning for our Central Valley wine supply.

What You Will Do


  • Manages reporting and conducts analyses of supply and demand across Central Valley supplied businesses

  • Leads the creation of tools that turn data from systems into information that drives management decisions

  • Maintains large data sets and tables

  • Leads / facilitates regular cross functional meetings in support of monthly supply and annual S&OP processes

  • Identifies, advises and implements process improvements in support of business initiatives

  • Maintains strong understanding of short and long-term demands of Winery

  • Supports development of team members as required

  • Contributes to the development of the Company’s wine and grape supply strategy

What You Need


  • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate

  • Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, operations, supply chain, or IT reflecting increasing levels or responsibility

  • Experience with MS Excel at an intermediate level

What Will Set You Apart


  • Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of experience in finance, operations, supply chain, or IT reflecting increasing levels of responsibility

  • Experience with Wine Manager and Gallo Wine Management systems.

  • Wine industry experience

  • Experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions. 

  • Experience effectively presenting information to top management

  • Advanced data analysis

  • Advanced MS Excel experience

  • Tableau experience
