Parts Administrator


Dawes Rigging and Crane Rental, Inc.

Position Summary


Dawes Rigging and Crane Inc. in Milwaukee, WI  is seeking a motivated employee to work with us as a member of the Service & Parts Team and would be responsible for providing a connection between the customer and company.


 


Essential Functions



  • Ordering parts and supplies

  • Complete and monitor invoicing of department

  • Scheduling equipment services and assemblies

  • Positive interface with fellow employees, supervisors, and customers

  • Answering customer inquiries with an emphasis on customer satisfaction

  • Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations

  • Developing cost estimates and processing warranties

  • Assist Parts Manager and Shop Supervisor as required

 


Skills and Experience Requirements



  • Customer service oriented

  • Strong Organizational Skills

  • Strong initiative required; ability to work independently

  • Proficiency in computer applications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work well in a fast paces environment

  • Ability to multitask

  • Heavy equipment/parts repair a plus
