JOB SUMMARY

We’re looking for a dynamic Creative Services director to join our Marketing Operations team. We are a creative, innovative, energetic and highly collaborative team, driven by our shared desire to help our clients succeed through industry-leading customer engagement solutions.

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of all aspects of content and design services to our internal clients. S/he will closely collaborate with the corporate marketing team and other internal clients to ensure that our team provides excellent service and execution in support of our marketing efforts.

In addition, the successful candidate will work with:

             Executive team, to support their graphic and presentation needs
            
Product management, to help develop prototype solutions as needed
            
Sales, to provide spec designs for certain products as needed
            
Agencies and freelancers, to provide additional bandwidth in times of high volume work

The successful candidate will be detail oriented and a problem solver, have a strong customer service attitude, and will be a true team player with leadership skills and a can-do attitude.



 

 

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Ensure that our projects meet our company’s brand messaging and design standards. 10%

  • Assign projects and manage workload of writing and design staff. 30%

  • Monitor writing and design team projects to ensure deadlines are being met. 35%

  • Lead and mentor creative team members. 10%

  • Handle writing or design projects personally as needed. 5%

  • Approve invoices for creative projects. 5%

  • Develop and provide reporting regarding creative projects. 5%
     

EDUCATION


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or related fields required.

  • 5-7 years creative services experience required.

  • 5-7 years management experience required.

  • Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication skills.

 

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES


  • Passion for excellence, precise execution and innovation.

  • 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in marketing or creative services.

  • Experience working in fast paced creative environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to execute projects across teams.

  • Proven self-starter with demonstrated ability to take ownership and manage the creative process.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Outstanding and demonstrated communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead creative team members

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to successfully handle multiple projects, shift gears quickly, organize and prioritize and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment.

  • Proven ability to manage effectively in ambiguous situations.

  • Ability to contribute to social content.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate through MS Office Suite.

  • Experience using Google Analytics.

  • Experience using workflow / project management tools (experience with Asana and In Motion a plus).
