ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Including but not limited to: 



  • Fielding inbound and outbound guest contacts to enhance and solidify the guest experience.

  • Act as a personal vacation planner for all tour guests.

  • Promote activities, events, town and ski resort information to our upcoming guests.

  • Book activities and various ancillary packages for tour guests

  • Coordinating with various departments and vendors to book and maximize inventory for our guests' accommodations.

  • Provide support for all booking departments with daily administrative responsibilities.

  • Responsible for the confirmation/finalization process of our booked guests

  • Cross train opportunities within Breckenridge Grand Vacations.

  • CRM fulfillment via text, email, chat and phone.  Lead nurturing by developing relationships with prospects/guests at every stage of the sales funnel, and through every step of their journey.

Experience

Preferred
