Under the supervision of the Program Supervisor, the Monitor is responsible for the supervision of the facility population including but not limited to: safety, security, and facility sanitation. The Monitor will help establish a safe environment for the facility, staff, visitors, and residents. The Monitor will monitor daily activities to ensure head counts and room searches are conducted and logged as needed or directed. They will also conduct drug and alcohol testing as needed. This is a great opportunity to help make a difference in the lives of those who are in recovery. This position is at our Renaissance Treatment Center in National City, CA.
The Monitor will need to communicate clearly and effectively with staff, clients, and the public. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, compassionate, diligent, resourceful, and dedicated. The Monitor deals with issues in a respectful and timely manner and relates positively with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds. Various shifts are available.
