Job Description:

• Making team member task adjustments as required to cover absences or fluctuations in production requirements, fill in when work demand is high / team member is out.
• Ensuring daily commitment by Team to 5S / Safety execution, daily and weekly audits.
• Highlighting quality issues, reinforcing "stop-to-fix".
• Coordination with other team leads (supplier and customer) for resolving issues.
• Identifying Continuous Improvement (CI)
• Providing or facilitating training for new Team Members.
• Arrange, stage and move material for Team members.
• Coordinate with Core Stores teams on incoming demand

• Understanding of Lean 6 Sigma methodologies
• Have the ability to coordinate and communicate with various groups
• A&P License with experience on turbine engines
• Advance computer skills (1 year)
