IT Help Desk Technician (Part-Time)

About the Position: This is the ideal 1st Step on the path to an IT-centric career. The IT Help Desk Technician is responsible for building, provisioning, maintaining, decommissioning, and deconstructing workstations and devices for our internal team members and contractors. This position is part-time with expected hours weekly to be in the 20-30 range.
The Help Desk Technician loves to help others. He is a problem-solver who thrives on challenges. She doesn't shy away from difficult problems, but sees them as opportunities for even greater team wins.
You will be a Go-to Resource for our internal team members and contractors. You will be at the center of our efforts to keep internal email safe and threat-free. You will learn how our internal intranet and external customer portal work. You'll be the Wizard of WiFi and the IT Asset Provisioner-in-Chief.
