Sr ISC Project Management Specialist Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity
This position is responsible for executing complex Supplier Reposition/ Transition programs (Global- 5 to 10 programs annually) for Honeywell Aerospace.
Position is accountable for executing programs on time to meet the Annual Operating plan and Strategic planning, and program execution. He/She will lead cross functional team, Quality, manufacturing, PE, M&PE etc as well as supplier team to execute sourcing transition projects.
The role requires strong leadership to drive project completion and meet quality, schedule and cost metrics.
He/She will need to work with supplier and functions from different Honeywell factories to develop project plan and execute to the plan. He/She need to overcome supplier challenges and lead virtual team to work towards result. Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mech., Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Production)
Minimum 7+ years work experience in Manufacturing Industry in Supply Chain, Operations
Qualification in Program Management/M.B.A. will be an added advantage.
Strong Operations background with experience in manufacturing, engineering or sourcing required.
Demonstrated Project Management skills desirable.
Analytical and financial skills desirable.
Good verbal and written communication in English and presentation skills.
Ability to achieve results through influence in a cross functional, matrix team environment
Must be highly motivated, goal and results oriented
Ability to develop and foster strong supplier and stakeholder relationships
