Provide administrative support to Ready Mix finance department. Responsibilities include receiving of daily shipment tickets, creating and maintaining purchase orders, submitting payments to Accounts Payable department, work closely with plant personnel and vendors, working with Procurement for new vendor setups, reconciling raw materials inventory for production plant and work with all levels of management.

Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience required
  • 4 to 6 years' experience in an office environment performing administrative support functions
  • Strong 10 key skills with accuracy required
  • Strong attention to detail with a high volume of transactions
  • Basic knowledge of excel preferred
  • Ability to visit plant locations for site audits
  • Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
