The People team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a focus on employment branding to join D&B.

This individual will be responsible for leading all marketing efforts designed to attract top talent and position Dun & Bradstreet as an employer of choice.  This will include, but is not limited to continuously creating and curating new content for all talent acquisition channels, such as our corporate career sites and partner sites (i.e. The Muse and Glassdoor), improving our engagement strategies across social media, fostering the development of virtual Talent Communities to generate sourcing opportunities for Recruiters, and leveraging internal ambassadors to showcase our high-performance culture and powerful brand.  This person will also need to be highly analytical and optimize ROI on all go-to-market efforts.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead cross-functionally to develop an Employer Value Proposition and bring that EVP to life through integrated marketing and communications campaigns.

  • Develop and implement creative engagement strategies, both internally and externally, to build and market our employer brand and nurture a diverse pipeline of talent (I.e. Ambassador Programs, Talent Communities, Job Fairs, etc.).

  • Work with Marketing and other internal partners to create and regularly update relevant content on Dun & Bradstreet’s various talent acquisition channels, such as our corporate websites, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter feeds, as well as our company profile on Glassdoor and The Muse.

  • On behalf of the Talent Acquisition Team, manage partner relationships with 3rd party suppliers such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and The Muse, to continuously gain insight (through data, metrics, audience traffic, training, enhancements, etc.)  and drive optimization of these tools.

  • Conduct internal focus groups, and gather insight from external sources in order to be more strategic with how and where we focus our branding and marketing efforts.

  • Support Recruiters by partnering on creative sourcing strategies and assisting in writing unique job descriptions for core roles.

  • Manage and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvements and identify opportunities across D&B’s talent acquisition efforts globally.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Strong preference for those who have prior Marketing experience or undergraduate degree in Marketing.

  • 5+ years proven experience at creating innovative content across a variety of media, including print, digital and video.

  • Analytical and data centric mindset, using insights to inform decision making.

  • Self-directed, forward thinker who can bring new ideas to the forefront based on looking at trends and external best practices.

  • Highly energetic, excellent  writing and communication skills, and inherently curious.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment while efficiently managing multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously.

  • Highly collaborative and strong team player, with ability to be agile and flex with change.
